We do not offer any other international
shipping at this time.

1.. All items we sell through
www.blueskyherbs.com are shipped
directly
to you via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Shipping carrier is of our choice.
No "pick ups" are allowed.
note: UPS and FedEx will not ship to
a P. O. Box
2.. Shipping is free for all of our
products shipped to the
Continental United
States only.
There are no hidden fees. The price
you see is the price you pay.

3.. We ship through the USPS on Tuesdays
and Thursday only. We use
Parcel Post for small items UPS and
Fed Ex for larger orders and Media Mail
for books.

5.. Everything we sell through
www.blueskyherbs.com is new.
Never used or reconditioned.
6.. We can send you as many items as you
would like. There are no limits.
7.. We pride ourselves on our fast ship
record however we have no control over
delivery times once the package
leaves our shipping department.

order remember that communication
is the key. Just email us about

9.. It is our intention to have every
item in stock that we list on
www.blueskyherbs.com.
Occasionally, an item may not be
available due to higher than anticipated
sales in
our retail center. An out-of-stock
item can take up to 7 days to be ship.
10.. We have done our best to ensure
that all information about an item is
accurate
and up-to-date but errors and
omissions can occur and are subject to
correction.
If you see an error let us know at

fix it.
11.. Some items come in a variety of
colors - we note that color is of
our choice on those and we ship
what is available.
12.. We are set-up to ship to

States only at this time.

13.. Orders placed from 12:00 pm EST
Friday through 10:00 am EST Monday
are considered as weekend orders
and will be processed as Monday's
orders.
These will ship Tuesday or Friday
depending on timing.
14.. All orders must be shipped. No
order pick ups.
Return
policy;
1.. Merchandise must be returned
within 7 days of delivery
2.. You must return it in the same
packaging and same condition as shipped
3.. Your full purchase
price will be refunded minus our
shipping cost upon return
